About

Splits time between what a product actually does in a working session and what a policy or corporate announcement actually obligates. A feature exists when it runs outside a demo; a rule takes effect on the date the text says it does, not the date of the press release.

Runs the product itself under its stated access conditions and notes where it breaks before writing about capability. On the policy side, reads the bill text against the final rule and the press release against the signed filing, tracking effective dates and jurisdiction separately. Will not treat a company's announcement as a commitment without the contract or filing behind it.
